When most people picture a fence, they’re usually thinking of a traditional three- or four-rail board fence. Often associated with rolling green pastures and galloping horses, board fencing is a great option for almost any application. It’s not only visually appealing, but it also provides a solid level of containment and adds serious curb appeal to your property.

We take a slightly different and better approach to building board fences than many of our competitors. We drive all of our posts instead of drilling holes, which allows us to set each post at the perfect height without cutting the tops. Drilling holes creates a mess, makes it difficult to achieve consistent height, and often requires cutting posts, which can void manufacturer warranties and cause them to rot faster.

We also screw on the face boards (the vertical boards that cover the posts) rather than nailing them. This helps prevent cupping as the boards dry. Nailing alone can lead to warping over time. In addition, we use perfectly round posts, which are far less likely to bow or twist compared to square posts, helping your fence maintain its clean, attractive look for years.
